Job Description

SynerComm is actively seeking Inside Sales Professionals candidates to contact mid to large enterprises in order to identify opportunities to solve IT business initiatives utilizing our solutions. Our Inside Sales Professionals are responsible for expanding the size and depth of our customer base by executing SynerComm sales campaigns within our existing and potential client base.


The ideal candidate will enjoy learning, growing, and selling in a self-starting, dynamic, fast-paced environment in the following solution areas:

  • Network Infrastructure: Routers, Switches, WAN Optimization, Load Balancing
  • Security Infrastructure: Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention, Email Gateways, Web Gateways, Endpoint Security, Data Leakage Prevention, Log Management
  • Application Delivery Infrastructure: Virtual Desktop, Application, Servers
  • Mobile User Infrastructure: Mobile Device Control, SSL VPN
  • Information Assurance: Vulnerability Assessments, Security Audits and Assessments, Penetration Testing, Risk Assessments

Meet sales objectives by:

  • Identifying new enterprise account opportunities utilizing our 'Solution Selling' sales methodology for sales prospecting while executing our sales campaigns.

  • Engage Sales Engineers to qualify opportunities.
  • Maintaining industry and situational knowledge by understanding new enterprise network and security infrastructure technologies, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Our Customer Relationship Managers work with our salespeople and vendors to provide an accurate bill of materials and the best possible pricing to our customers, while acting in a customer-facing role to continue to strengthen SynerComm's relationships with its customers.
