Account Executive
Position Purpose
The ideal candidate will be part of our western region team and utilize consultative sales skills to identify new business opportunities while effectively managing and growing existing client relationships.Position Duties
- The ideal Account Executive will proactively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within an organization, including "C" level executives by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and our competitive differentiators.
- Create long-term customer relationships by executing on our commitments over time.
- Work closely and proactively with our solution partners (Juniper Networks, McAfee, etc) and be able to articulate their technology benefits.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Position Skills/Qualifications
- We are actively seeking outcome-based, experienced IT Security, Wi-Fi, and Network Infrastructure professionals with 5 years of large enterprise experience looking for an opportunity to take the next step in their career.
- Familiarity with positioning best-of-breed IT solutions in enterprise accounts (i.e. Juniper Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Aerohive Wi-Fi solutions, etc).
- The ideal candidate is outcome-based and will strive for excellence in the execution of sales skills (Prospecting, Solution Selling) and client relationship skills (Empathic Listening, Account Management).
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Sales Support Specialist
Position Duties
- Manage/support entire sales process from beginning to end.
- Support our daily account management functions (i.e. service questions, contract renewals, etc)
- Sales Support Specialist will work with our salespeople and vendors to provide an accurate bill of materials and the best possible pricing to our customers.
- Act in a customer-facing role to continue to strengthen SynerComm's relationships with its customers.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Sales Support Specialist position
- Strong MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Desired experience with Goldmine and QuoteWerks
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Innovative personality with a willingness to work in a team setting
- Familiar with IT Partners (Juniper, McAFee, Palo Alto, Aerohive, etc)

Network Infrastructure Technician
Position Duties
- Initial opportunity is to work with one of our large enterprise customers in the Wisconsin area to implement and manage a large Network IPS environment utilizing IPS tuning skills.
- Career growth paths include our DeliverIT business unit designing, implementing, and operating security infrastructure solutions (Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, etc) in mid- to large enterprise environments and/or our AssureIT Audit, Assessment, and Penetration Testing business unit.
- Fulfill your role within the account team to contribute to long-term customer satisfaction by accomplishing deliverables
Position Skills/Qualifications:
- Background in security infrastructure solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Technical certification or experience desired: Network IPS - Snort or SourceFire experience is beneficial. Other platform experience is beneficial: Cisco, Juniper, McAfee and other industry leading firewall and IPS solution providers, etc.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, NIST, HIPAA, FISMA, etc.
- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, and communications skills are needed
