The course combines lecture and practical lab exercises with significant time allocated for hands-on interaction with the IronMail user interface. The IronMail System Administration course is the perfect introductory course to prepare new customers and new employees for more advanced IronMail related courses and real world administration.

IronMail Advanced System Administration

Audience

Novice Ironmail Systems Administrator (Must have attended Ironmail System Administration to attend this course.)

Course Description

This 2 day course provides a detailed review of the IronMail Command Line Interface (CLI) and advanced troubleshooting techniques through both lecture and practical lab exercises. The course concludes with a written and practical examination on topics learned in both the System and Advanced Sysem Administration courses.

Subject areas include:

• Queue Overview/Tracing Mail in the CLI
• Basic CLI Commands
• Advanced CLI commands
• Using the CLI for reporting

Those who successfully complete IronMail Advanced System Administration will receive a certificate of completion.
