Web Developer

Position Summary

Under limited supervision, applies high levels of interpersonal communication, technical and software development skills to develop, operate, administer, and maintain SynerComm internal and customer-facing IT applications. Responsible for understanding and enforcing SynerComm IT-related policy, process, and procedure. Ensures effective and timely support for SynerComm’s IT application users.

Essential Job Functions

  • Monitor, operate, administer, and maintain SynerComm’s customer-facing applications including, but not limited to:

Position Summary

Information Assurance Consultant - Auditor/Consultant

Position Summary

The primary objectives of the Information Assurance Consultant – Auditor are to deliver and enhance various information assurance services provided SynerComm’s clients. The services include technical security assessments, IT security and compliance audits, risk assessments, and security consulting. This is a hands-on role, requiring technical skills from the hardware to the application layer and understanding of industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vulnerability assessments, IT audits, risk assessments, business impact analysis, gap analysis, and consulting
  • Utilize and interpret results from automated testing tools and developing manual audits
  • Reviewing client policies and standards for accuracy, applicability and industry/regulatory compliance
  • Auditing operating system, Active Directory, application, and network device (switch, router, firewall, etc.) configurations
  • Assist with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) audits and gap analysis
  • Perform security interviews with key (client) staff members and developing technical and non-technical audits for validation
  • Researching vulnerabilities and identifying mitigation solutions to resolve them

Information Assurance Consultant - Penetration Tester

Position Summary

The Information Assurance Consultant – Penetration Tester delivers and enhances various information assurance services provided to SynerComm’s clients. The services include technical security assessments of networks, systems, and applications. This is a hands-on role, requiring technical skills from the hardware to the application layer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform application and infrastructure penetration tests, as well as physical security review and social engineering tests for our global clients
  • Perform security reviews of application designs, source code, and deployments as required, covering all types of applications (web application, web services, mobile applications, thick client applications, SaaS)
  • Participate in Security Assessments of networks, systems, and applications
  • Provide professionally written technical reports of vulnerabilities, findings, and mitigation solutions to clients

Information Assurance Sales Specialist

Position Summary

Applies high-levels of interpersonal communication skill and information assurance experience to scope audit, assessment, and penetration testing projects to SynerComm’s clients. The Information Assurance Sales Support (IASS) role supports the solution selling process by working with Sales, Professional Services, and Operations by developing appropriate, accurate, and timely client proposals.

Works with internal and external customers from all levels of organizations in person, verbally, and electronically, utilizing a wide variety of mediums and tools in support of messaging. Consistently represents SynerComm’s branding by exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, customer focus, and a “can do,” solution-oriented attitude.

Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assisting the Managers of Professional Services, work closely with the Sales, Service and Operations teams, and directly with customers to schedule, resource, track, quality-check and report upon service engagements.  Maintain status and schedule information for all planned and active services, and provide regular summary reports for Service Management.  Facilitate communication and reports with internal and external customers on the overall state, status, and progress of engagements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Meeting with key internal and external stakeholders to understand all vital aspects of the particular project/engagement.
  • Facilitate the creation, review, exchange, and execution of documents related to engagements, including statements of work, master service agreements, change orders and project deliverables.
  • Ensure that all team members understand the scope of the project/engagement as well as specific deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Track availability and negotiate between professional resources, their managers and customers to schedule engagements.

Sales Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports company’s field sales organization. Adapts quickly to changing job requirements, demands, and project timelines. Creates positive interactions and impressions with the company’s clients, vendors and employees.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for the delivery of Sales Quotations and Proposals to clients.
  • Assist assigned Business Development Executives, Client Account Managers, and Account Executives with customer meeting preparation activities and follow up deliverables.
  • Process Sales Orders for assigned Business Development Executives, Client Account Managers, and Account Executives utilizing company’s Sales Support Systems.
  • Identify optimal Vendor pricing for Equipment, Software, Contracts and Services to satisfy client Quotation and Sales Order requirements. Work closely with Sales Operations personnel to achieve purchasing goals.
  • Coordinate company rendered Services to fulfill client Sales Orders with Service Delivery organization for assigned Business Development Executives, Client Account Managers, and Account Executives.
  • Assist assigned Client Account Managers and Account Executives with specific customer field sales activities as assigned, to include and not limited to attending and supporting customer/vendor meetings, responding to customer/vendor pricing requests and responding post meeting deliverables.
  • Manage client Contact Records for assigned Business Development Executives, Client Account Managers, and Account Executives utilizing company’s Sales Support Systems.
